RULES ENFORCEMENT
Our goal is to provide a quiet, safe camping environment. We have rules in our park, and we enforce them. Upon registration, you will be given a site map with our policies. We will point out a few but it is important that you read all the rules so there is no question of what we expect of you as well as what you can expect from us. For your safety and security, Salado Sky RV Park is under 24-hour video surveillance.
VISITORS
Family and friends are welcome to come to the park to visit you. Please inform us if you are expecting guests so that we can register them. It is for your privacy and security that we do not allow guests to your site unless you have notified us in advance. There is a maximum of 6 people per site which includes those staying at your site and your visitors. It is for the safety of everyone at the park that we have an accurate count of people and pets in case of an emergency/evacuation.
ARRIVAL TIMES
We pride ourselves on keeping a quiet, relaxed camping experience. If you have made a reservation online, please call 254-410-3091 or visit the office to check in upon arrival.

9:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Depending on the timing of your cancellation request. Changing the dates of a reservation is considered a cancellation of the existing reservation and is subject to a $25 rebooking fee.
For overnight and weekly visitors, the following cancellation policies apply:
- 2+ Weeks Prior: Full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee.
- 1 Week Prior: 50% of reservation is forfeited.
- Leff than 1 Week: Full reservation forfeited.
For extended stay visitors, the following cancellation policies apply:
- 15 days or more notice: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- 14 days or less notice: 25% of the deposit is refunded.
FIRE RULES/CAMPFIRES
Due to regular drought conditions and burn bans, we do not allow campfires or wood burning of any kind not in the designated campfire area. Please feel free to bring your own charcoal or propane grill. Propane fire pits are permitted on pads. PARKING Please park vehicles only at your assigned site. There is a two-vehicle maximum in addition to your RV. Sites that appear to be vacant may have been reserved and should not be used as additional parking. Parking in vacant RV sites will result in being charged the daily rate and/or the vehicle being towed.
COURTESY
Please respect your neighbors by keeping, music and television to a minimum. The running of generators is not permitted. Onerous, noxious, or offensive activity, excessive noise, abusive language, interference with other guests, disturbing the peace, and willful or careless destruction of property in any manner is prohibited.
PETS
NON-AGGRESSIVE dogs are welcome. Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in any building. When outside, pets must be kept on a leash within 6ft and under the owner’s control at all times. Salado Sky RV Park is not liable for injury/death to pets who wander away from designated areas. We do not allow outside pens. Pets may be unleashed inside the dog park. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet at your site, while walking, and in the dog park. If your pet is hostile, disruptive, or frequently barking, you will be asked to leave the campground. Animals larger than 65 pounds are not allowed unless pre-approved by management. Service dogs are permitted. There is a two-pet maximum per site.
TRASH
Dumpsters are located near the entrance. Please bag and tie tightly before dumping. Please maintain and leave a clean RV site.
SAFETY
The speed limit is 7 MPH. Please watch for children. Pop-up tents, tarps, A/C window units, clotheslines, ropes, fences, or wires are not permitted. Firearms, paintballs, B.B., pellets, air guns, slingshots, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are not permitted.
APPEARANCE
Salado Sky RV Park limits vehicle age for an extended stay (longer than 2 weeks). Without prior approval, an RV more than 10 years old is not permitted for an extended stay. The RV must be in good condition, washed on a regular basis, and well maintained. Before erecting or building anything, prior approval must be given by management. RV sites must remain neat and orderly at all times. Storage of material of any type under a vehicle is strictly prohibited. The site must remain free from trash, debris, and unused items other than a patio table, chairs, BBQ grill, umbrella, and awning. Salado Sky RV Park reserves the right at any time to request the removal of any item or to remove or disassemble anything built or erected on your site without permission.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All rules are made for the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests. Must be 21 or older to rent an RV site. Smoking is permitted only at your designated RV site. The public areas are to remain smoke-free. Please refrain from throwing cigarette butts on the ground. Bicycle riding is allowed only during daylight hours. Only one camping unit is allowed per site. Tents are not permitted on RV sites. We are on a fragile septic system. Please retain from flushing paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, needles, food, grease, or anything other than RV-safe toilet paper. This applies to the public restrooms as well. Proper leveling blocks are to be used to level your RV. The sewer connection must have (a sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gases from escaping. The tank is to be kept closed.
FOR OUR EXTENDED STAY GUESTS
Steps should be the right size for your RV and not handmade. Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection. The park assumes no responsibility for issues beyond your meter. It is mandatory that your sewer and/or greywater hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping. The tank is to be kept closed. All mechanical repairs, whether to vehicle or RV, must be performed off RV park premises unless prior arrangements are made with management. Semi-trucks, flatbed/other trailers, 3 or 4-wheelers, or boats are to be stored off RV park premises unless approved by management. No more than 2 storage containers are allowed on your site. They must be stored under RV and maintain a neat appearance. Clotheslines are not permitted. Holiday decorations are permitted; however, they must be removed within one (1) week after the holiday. A/C window units are not allowed. Skirting is not allowed. Pop-up tents, trampolines, or swimming pools are not permitted. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease.

Salado Sky RV Park & its Management are not responsible for injury of persons, pets, or loss or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, accident, or acts of God. Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including condition and/or type of RV. It is our goal to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for our guests at Salado Sky RV Park.
