I am a full-timer staying at Salado Sky RV Park. I have only been here a little more than a month, but am convinced that for a long-term spot... I got the best! The park is simple and small...quiet and dark enough at night for me to see all the stars I want! Owners keep it nice, quiet and safe. I highly recommend it for anyone who values peace and quiet and "country". Rates are competitive, owners helpful, grounds clean!
I stayed here over a year. Very clean and quiet. Owner on site is very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Its a very quiet place. Pet friendly and there is even some calves next door to watch. Salado Sky is a quick jaunt from Sonic. Makes happy hour even better.
Our stay was good. Access to the park was easy from the highway and far enough away so that we didn't hear highway noises. The owner was very helpful by escorting us to our site and making sure that Cloud 9 was level and set up well. He also offered treats for our four doggies. The white gravel was freshly raked and level. The camp is quiet and well maintained. The night we arrived the sky was clear and we could see the starry starry night of Texas...along with a few shooting stars that streaked across the skies.
